How did you feel? Excitement, nervousness, fear? Or a combination? Words didn’t do justice to the emotions you felt. The experience was more than you ever imagined.

The unknown, being outside your comfort zone. Testing your resilience and strength.

Arriving somewhere where no-one knew you. No judgement or expectations. Being whoever you wanted to be. Losing and finding yourself.

The experience may have been exhilarating and intimidating. You were different when you returned. The experience was life changing.
